Swap Vendor entering the grounds use GATE #1 WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY morning and exit this gate until 6 pm each evening.
After 6:00, exit the grounds using GATE #2 until 1:00AM. Car Corral exhibitors enter and exit using GATE #4.
Windshield decal must be affixed to the windshield prior to entering gates.
GATE 2 WILL OPEN AT 6PM AND REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 1AM. YOU WILL HAVE TO HAVE YOUR WINDOW DECAL OR YOU WILL NOT BR PERMITTED INSIDE THE GROUNDS. IF YOU ARE CAMPING INSIDE THERE WILL BE SECURITY AT GATE 2 ALL NIGHT!!!
Indoor vendors will continue entering the buildings at 7:30 am
each morning.
The buildings will be secured at 5:30 pm. Vendors in these buildings cannot enter the building with their vehicles between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Thursday – Saturday.
SATURDAY NIGHT THE BUILDINGS WILL BE LEFT UNLOCKED UNTIL 11PM FOR LOADING. IF AT THAT TIME YOU ARE NOT PACKED UP WE WILL LOCK THE BUILDINGS AND REOPEN ON SUNDAY AT 11AM FOR YOU TO FINISH. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE OR CANNOT ABIDE BY THIS THEN PLEASE CALL US 229-896-2150 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR OUTSIDE SPACES.
If you cannot agree with this rule, we suggest changing to outdoor spaces. You will forfeit your rights to reserve these spaces again if you fail to comply.
NO VEHICLES ENTER THE BUILDING SATURDAY PRIOR TO 5 PM
Due to the congestion in the aisle ways, we again ask all vendors not to bring motorized vehicles and two-wheelers to ride on the grounds. There are exceptions for handicap individuals with proper credentials. Vendors will be issued a handicap permit at the registration gate only. Handicap permits available at all Gates for Public Entrance for approved handicapped vehicles.
No bicycle, motor scooter, FOUR WHEELER, MOPED, HOVERBOARDS, SKATES, UNICYCLES, GOLF CARTS, ETC… riding allowed 8am – 5pm Thursday – Saturday!
