Swap Vendor entering the grounds use GATE #1 WEDNESDAY – SATURDAY morning and exit this gate until 6:00 pm each evening.
After 6:00, exit the grounds using GATE #2 until 1:00AM. Car Corral exhibitors enter and exit using GATE #4.
Windshield decal must be affixed to the windshield prior to entering gates.
Indoor vendors will continue entering the buildings at 7:30 am
each morning.
The buildings will be secured at 6:00 pm. Vendors in these buildings cannot enter the building with their vehicles between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Thursday – Saturday.
If you cannot agree with this rule, we suggest changing to outdoor spaces. You will forfeit your rights to reserve these spaces again if you fail to comply.
NO VEHICLES ENTER THE BUILDING SATURDAY PRIOR TO 5 PM
Due to the congestion in the aisle ways, we again ask all vendors not to bring motorized vehicles and two-wheelers to ride on the grounds. There are exceptions for handicap individuals with proper credentials. Vendors will be issued a handicap permit at the registration gate only. Handicap permits available at all Gates for Public Entrance for approved handicapped vehicles.
No bicycle or motor scooter riding allowed from 8am – 5pm Thursday – Saturday!
